England captain Andrew Strauss has dropped a major hint that changes will be made for the third Test against the West Indies, with the series already in the bag.

A nine-wicket win at Trent Bridge gave England an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series, with Strauss and team director Andy Flower already having one eye on the clashes with South Africa later in the summer.

"We'll definitely think about changes," Strauss admitted.

"We've always viewed resting and rotating as something you have to do on a case-by-case basis, so we'll speak to the seamers, see how they're feeling and see how we're looking for the rest of the summer.

"You always have to look quite a long way ahead when it comes to potentially resting someone.

"It's always a balance to strike, because primarily you want to win every Test you play - that's the starting point."

James Anderson and Stuart Broad are the most likely candidates to sit out the third Test at Edgbaston, which starts on Thursday 7th June, with Steven Finn and Graham Onions ready to take their places.

Changes to the batting line-up are less likely, with newcomer Jonny Bairstow almost certain to be given another opportunity to impress in the Test match arena.

England are 1.33 to complete a series whitewash in Birmingham, with the draw 5.00, while the tourists are 10.00 to gain a consolation victory.
